Where did my parents get me?
I was originally purchased by a young couple to use for breeding. They had to move and could no longer care for me. I was surrendered to my forever mommy and daddy. They immediately treated me for painful demodex mange and got me fixed.

What are my favorite hobbies?
I'm a momma's boy so I love to do whatever my mom is doing. I love when she lets me sleep in the bed. I play dead so she won't make me get down. I also love playing with toys! I try my best to stay out of mischief but sometimes I can't help myself.  I think it's funny when I clear a room with my farts.

What is my favorite snack?
I love anything out of my treat jar. Every time I walk by it I do one of my tricks hoping my mom will notice and reward me.

I love...
I love my mom the most.

Atlanta ResponsiBully’s goals goals include helping educate people about the Bullies, working to spay and neuter bully breeds whose owners may not be able to afford it or have not thought about doing it, and to build a network of groups to make a difference in these very misunderstood dogs' lives.

WE CAN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU.

Support

Donate to Atlanta ResponsiBully Coalition so we can help educate the public about the Bullies, support our rescues with spay / neutering costs, and help sponsor dogs who may have special needs or medical problems. Also, many of our rescues count on donations of blankets, dog food, cleaning supplies and other items.

Volunteer

Atlanta ResponsiBully will need volunteers in the Atlanta area—especially in our partner Shelter. Please email us at volunteer@atlantaresponsibully.com for more opportunities

Foster

You can help a dog that has been rescued by fostering! Keeping a dog in a home environment until they can find their forever family is so important and SO NEEDED. Our human fosters help keep dogs out of the shelter system until we can find them a great home. If you are interested in fostering for any of our rescues, please email us at foster@atlantaresponsibully.com.

Adopt

There are countless Bullies in the Atlanta area who are homeless and just waiting for the chance to steal your heart. Please do your homework before adopting. When you adopt a pet, you are making a lifelong commitment. If you are thinking of buying from a breeder, please reconsider. Remember, only 1-600 pit bull mixes ever find homes.

Ambassador

Be a breed ambassador. If you are planning on being a Bully owner, be a responsible one. Have your dog spayed or neutered, bring your dog to training classes, and if possible, have them achieve the Canine Good Citizen Award. This shows the public that these dogs are not the vicious creatures that are portrayed by the media.

Spay/Neuter

Every pet should be spayed or neutered. Do not contribute to the problem of homeless animals by allowing yours to reproduce. More than 7 million animals are killed each year because of a lack of good homes. There are also countless heath benefits for your animal, including a lowered risk of many cancers as well as a decrease in desire to roam.

If you are able to give any amount to help us raise awareness, fund our spay and neuter programs, please donate to us! We are a 501(c)3 non-profit and you can donate via PayPal at donate@atlantaresponsibully.com, click the button below or send a check to us at our mailing address at: PO Box 170361
